Feeling pretty good today. Amazing amounts of energy considering the late one last night. Not drinking at all probably helped. The upper bod work out was good too. Just now starting to feel less sore after the lower body blitz of earlier in the week. The 6 mile run also dragged out the recovery time on the legs.
There is a visible difference in my upper body lean mass. Bits of the ribs are showing through now and the jelly on the belly is clearly reducing - at least enough to let the six shine through a bit. Trousers are sliding over the bum and thighs with more ease too. Next weekend is another body stat check, so I'll keep doing what I'm doing and see how the whole thing is progressing.
