Afternoon:
Meal: 1/2 roasted chicken (kcal, g carb, g protein, g fat, g fibre), 2 cups of white rice cooked with lemon rind in salted water (kcal, g carb, g protein, g fat, g fibre), shredded lettuce and tomato about 1 1/2 cups worth.
Activity: Driving car 1.5 hours (285kcal), eating (30 mins - 62kcal)
Evening:
Meal: 1 1/4 thin crust 10" medium pizzas (kcal, g carb, g protein, g fat, g fibre), 4 glasses of water

Let me tell you. Croydon's Snappy Tomato make excellent pizzas. I recommend the thin crust variety. We had a special of 2 medium pizzas for £10.95 one was the Spinach One and the other called "Rustica" which had a blend of cheeses on it. Great stuff. Most cheese I've had since ski season.
By the way. Would you believe those jokers at the local gym refused to take my friends guest pass. No way am I going to shell out £300 to swim in their pool! I would name and shame them, but that would bring my Blog into disrepute :-). I think not mentioning them and not giving them my money is punishment enough!
