Pre-Ski Season Training and Sanjuro

Now that the winter is just around the corner, I have adjusted my training schedule. Luckily, a brief hiatus in some of my institutional client load means that I can concentrate on building up power and fine tuning my balance and coordination. I'm in better shape these days so I don't need too much rest following a Sanjuro or Long run (normally one-hour or so). The heavy lifting days are still overload days and need to be spaced out though.

This means that I will be doing a schedule very similar to the following (at least until first week in Nov):

Monday

Teaching or otherwise attending clients at Hammersmith Sanjuro class

Tuesday

Heavy upper body weights

Wednesday

Sanjuro in the City

Thursday

Rest

Friday

Sanjuro at London Bridge

Saturday

Heavy Weights Legs

Sunday

Longrun
