Evening
Meals: 2 pints of 5% lager (kcal, g carb, g protein, g fat, g fibre), 4 cups of rice with dried shrimp, stirfried prawns, 1/2 tbsp of olive oil, 1/2 cup of garden peas (kcal, g carb, g protein, g fat, g fibre), and 2 cups of shredded lettuce and tomoato with no dressing (kcal, g carb, g protein, g fat, g fibre)

Was great to have two pints of Kronenbourg this afternoon with my colleagues. Must say that since I started drinking so much less than I used to in my City days, I have lost much of my tolerance for booze. After a pint and a half I was amusingly tipsy. (At least I hope it was amusing!).
