Activities: 10 minute warm up on stationary bike at a local gym 13mph (10 mins - 139kcal) , Lower body workout (1 hour - 798kcal), stretching (10 mins - 87kcal)
Evening
Meals: 3 cups oatmeal with 1/2 cup raisins (kcal, g carb, g protein, g fat, g fibre), 2 glasses of water with dissolved creatine monohydrate
Activities: 1 hour sitting working on computer (152kcal)

Nice gym near my house. Awesome leg workout. My studio has everything but a pool, so it would be nice to have a little place nearby to go for a swim . Didn't have my contacts so opted for a lower body work out in the end. Needed to do one anyway. Was offered £300 for about a years worth of swimming - a bit expensive. Not sure its worth it. Anyway, one of my friends has kindly given me to free passes to the gym. One for me one for mum - she is likely to use the sauna and maybe a yoga class there. Good stuff. Back on Friday for some upper body.
