Comments
Was stuck in the city after the morning sessions. Great late night upper body workout at the studio. Really cleared the head of all the stress during the day. Have to slot in a lower body work out tomorrow to balance things out.
* NOT "Crispy Aromatic Duck". The Crispy Aromatic version is a horrible deep fried duck version unique to Chinese restaurants in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
