Where a big addition to this mornings session.
It was the first legs blitz I did for the week and included:
Cleans (with overhead heave)
Step ups with weights
Squat thrusts
Hanging back Extensions
Ham curls
Leg throws (the ab exercise)
Crunches
a 30 minute run back home to shower and race off to my next session
Anyway, took me an hour all in all. Looks a bit lame above though. But it was a good workout!
Ate oats for brekfst, fruit throughout day, then fish steaks (cod?) in tomato sauce (canned) rice and green cut beans. With two more bowls of oat in the eve.
And my usual serving of Juice Plus - one veg one fruit in morning and one each in eve. I have finished my chewable fruit so have moved on to capsules - but still on chewable veg.
Tomorrow will hit some upper body weightwork as well as a 20 minute rowing routine. Early evening.
